COUNCILMAN JERRY JONES SPLITS HIS PANTS IN THE BLACK COMMUNITY

Alexandria City Councilman Jerry Jones, who is up for election this year in a predominantly Black district, sent a letter to the State Ethics Board urging it to fine the Revitalizing Our Community (ROC) group.

ROC is a Black political group.
