The letter stated the allegations against Corey Gautreaux, 24, of Turkey Creek, are "patently false and fabricated and Mr. Gautreaux is the legal father of the minor child and has just as much right to custody of the child as the mother. id. "A bizarre story was concocted in an effort to manipulate law enforcement and punish Mr. Gautreaux." id.
"Those responsible for this injustice and abuse of system will be held accountable. Mr. Gautreaux has broken no law and is confident he will be exonerated of any alleged wrongdoing." id.
This article makes no mention of the allegations against Mr. Gautreaux for home invasion and battery upon and elderly woman.
The article also doesn't mention if there was a previous child custody order as to the minor child. At least as to the time that I had my stroke, a father of an illegitimate child, which I don't know is the case, has no child custody right to the child until he goes into court and has them established. Absent that judgment, only the mother has any legal rights to the child.
David Hesser is a fine family law attorney. I believe that he used to work under my old law school buddy Ogden Middleton, who was a leading domestic lawyer in the state, at the Gold Firm.
Hesser is also the employer of that so-called paralegal and egotistical know it all wanna be lawyer, Danny Slayter.
