STEVE MAKES FUN OF JACQUES' STATE OF THE CITY ADDRESS

Steve Coco wrote an excellent and hilarious but true post on Alexandria Mayor Jacques Roy's "State of the City" address scheduled for Monday at 4:00 on Channel 4. (See: "Local Cable TV Comedy Monday").

This major production of Jacques' comes only one day before President Barack Obama's State of the Union Address before Congress.

Steve wrote that "Regardless of the topics breached by Roy, the overriding element will be obvious absence of EFFECTIVE communication". id. Steve went on to write "Laborious, fragmented, disjointed, rambling, bureaucratic, legalistic, acronym laced jargon is the hallmark of any Roy public discourse". id. "Only the ignorant would think such grandiose, vainglorious dialogue contains any iota of straight forward common sense." id.

I bet that Jacques will even be hearing this song played in his little egotistical mind as he gives his "address":
