Ann Lowery, who is the one that possibly works for the City of Alexandria and also has a full time job as the director
of CLASS, has a $48,000 plus tax lien (almost 49K).
There is also a $34K tax lien against "Charles E Johnson" of 909 West Pointe in
Alexandria.
Could these possibly be two members of the City's Legal Department?

ReplyDeleteCan you make a public records request and find out if Ann Lowery is currently working on any legal cases for the city? I think your readers would love to have the informaton. Can only Alexandria residents make the request?

As you will recall, Chuck Johnson last year told us that that the City's attorneys were handling about 30 files.I am afraid that it may be difficult to find out more due to attorney client priviledge.

I do not know if CLASS recieves any City funds, but that is a very good question.
