PART II OF FRED'S HISTORICAL OVERVIEW OF ALEXANDRIA'S DOWNTOWN HOTELS

This morning on KSYL radio's Talk Back Pre-Show, co-host Fred Rosenfeld continued with his historical overview of the downtown Alexandria hotels and the Riverfront Convention Center.

Fred basically gave us a rehash of yesterday's discussion of the downtown hotels. You can hear Part I at "FRED ROSENFELD BEGINS A HISTORY OF THE DOWNTOWN HOTELS".

You can hear a couple of calls near the end that did bring up some new information about Alexandria Mayor Jacques Roy's turning away a buyer for the Alexander Fulton Hotel because it wasn't interested in Jacques' "global deal" and about Jacques' claim that the City was 100% victorious is defeating the claims of Capital One in bankruptcy court but how actually those claims were revered and remanded  to the bankruptcy court by U.S. District Court Judge Dee Drell and Capital One's security interest for $3,081,916.52 remains in litigation alone with a dozen or so labor and materialmen claims against the Fulton.

You will also hear a couple of rude and ignorant callers into the show who would rather hear themselves talk on the radio, and off topic, than listen to Fred's meaningful overview of the hotels.
