    himself when he has the oppunity to get in front
    of a "MIKE" he loose all self-control and has to
    overstay his time! Jan 24,2012 Council meeting was all ROY and JONES,jr! roy said he would stop
    the 'pre' & 'post' council breifings, yea right!
