JAN. 17, 2012 DEVELOPMENTS IN THE CLECO DISCRIMINATION CASES

See here the filings in opposition to Cleco's filings to stop deposition, which opposition was filed on January 17, 2012 by the plaintiffs' attorneys.

You can see that the plaintiffs have argued that I have a right to publish these materials on this blog, despite what Cleco asserts, (pp. 7 and 8 of Plaintiffs' Memorandum), I was not a party to this litigation, and that these documents are readily available to the public via Pacer (See the section on Pacer in "CLECO ATTORNEY FEES TRIAL UPDATE").

This is just some more of Cleco's same old song and dance whereby it is trying to keep this litigation from the public's view and to thwart the plaintiffs at every opportunity.

You can also see the "Merry Christmas" letter sent out by Cleco to the plaintiffs (p. 31 et seq.) and Cleco's change in policy on its legal team (p. 28).

  1. Good Morning,

The last time you posted the plaintiffs case on here your site got jammed. If fact some people could not open it. it will be interesting to see if "they" try and sabotage you again.

Employees were told Bruce did not send any letter to them. Once again another untruth. I was hoping a new ceo would bring about togetherness for everyone.

It appears it is business as usual.
