JACQUES CAN'T HELP IT

Back on December 22, 2011, I think, Alexandria Mayor Jacques Roy told the City Council, and especially Councilwoman Mitzi Gibson, that now that he is back in the Council chambers, as long as they controlled Councilman Ed Larvadain, III and didn't let him get rude any longer to the mayor and his staff (which means buck Jacques and not let him have his way), Mayor Jacques promised us that he would not hold any more of his TV shows and would instead address the Council at its meetings (like all of the Council watched his TV shows anyway).

Well, on January 11, 2012, Jacques held another of his infamous TV shows again.

The boy just couldn't help out. His ego couldn't stand it by not being on TV for a few weeks and he had to see and hear himself talk before a captive audience of his loyal staff again.
