IS AN ALEXANDRIA CITY COUNCILMAN KNOWN AS "CRAZY JERRY"?

I've confirmed by two sources, as usual, but not confirmed as fact, that Alexandria City Councilman for District 3, Jerry Jones, was known at Peabody High School as "Crazy Jerry".

I also heard that "Crazy Jerry" stayed in trouble and once even made a bomb threat at school.

If this is true, "Crazy Jerry" the terrorist could be the most infamous City Councilman since federally convicted gun runner Louis Marshall, whom was dismissed from Alexandria Mayor Jacques Roy just this month in his lawsuit against the City Council. The other Black Councilmen remain defendants in that lawsuit.
