IN FORMA PAUPERIS

For some non-legally educated know it all so-called bloggers who assert that I can simply file in forma pauperis if I wanted to sue Danny Slayter, I will attempt to tell them what the law on that topic really is.

In Forma Pauperis is:

"Latin word meaning " in form of a pauper or poor man". The legal term used by the judge to allow somene who has to file a legal case or defend oneself in ongoing trial, and who has no money to fund the trials, to file a case or appoint a counsel free of cost or without paying majority of charges. Such waiver is done via an affidavit stating the inability to pay such charges."

But being able to file in a pauper status is not a sure thing that requires you to simply fill out a form.

Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure Articles 5181 et seq. state that the court has to rule on your motion to proceed in forma pauperis. It can deny your motion.

Depending on the outcome of the case, you also have to pay those court costs back.

That status will only pay for up to six witnesses with a short summary of their expected testimony. It will not pay the other costs of litigation such as copy fees, postage and most deposition fees.

So, being that I am on a fixed income with a lot of other bills that I have to pay each month, I will have to wait for Ed Hooper to pay me the lawful debts that dead beat owns until I could sue Slatyer. I also have one year within which I must file a lawsuit against Slayter.

Also, I am not worried at all of Slayter's legal abilities. He has none. Everyone that I know who had read his pleadings knows what a joke and how verbose he is.

I am still awaiting for Slayter to come outright and accuse me of the things that he says he agrees with Ed Hooper on. Slayter possibly knows that without that I couldn't sue him. My telling him to put up or shut up is not considered consent on my part.

I want Slayter's big mouth to prove Hooper's allegations, to which he wrote that he agrees with, that:

1. I am a known liar;
2. I use my blog to promote and defend members of my criminal network;
3. I am an unethical lawyer;
4. I am a liar and a user;
5. I am among 99% of the lawyers that give the other 1% a bad reputation; and, among other allegations;
6. I sit on a shitter thinking up ways of how to gyp someone whilst jacking my dick.

But before he does, I would suggest that Danny Slayter, and Br'er Rabbit, whom I am of the opinion is really a schizophrenic concocted ego of Slayter's, to get some legal advice from a real lawyer. That may be cute to write on a so-called blog that is filed with hate for non-politicians, but rest assured it is still defamation.

It takes much more to be a real lawyer than just the fantasy that you are one.
