HE'S BACK AT IT AGAIN: FREDDY TELLS MORE LIES

Freddy Lamar White, the former political whore on Alexandria Mayor Jacques Roy's staff, left-wing liberal, just finished his first semester of law school, named the best blogger in Cenla by a supporter of the mayor and where nobody else was even considered, who doesn't believe in many of the teachings of Jesus Christ but has a Theology degree, and thinks he is already a real lawyer even though he just completed his first semester of law school, spread some more of his lies in his post entitled "Pro-Von Jennings Blogger Continues to Lie About Councilman Jerry Jones"). In that post, Freddy tells some more lies about Von Jennings and myself.

Freddy starts out by writing that Von only received "836 votes (8%)"in the last mayoral election against Alexandria Mayor Jacques Roy. But what Freddy doesn't mention is that Jacques had 77% of Alexandria's voters who didn't vote for him.

Von was not behind Jacques Barack's website. In fact, we had many conversations on who was really behind that website and neither of us knew for sure. When Freddy gets a little further along with his Texas legal studies, he will learn that Von cannot possibly prove a negative. It should be up to Freddy to prove that she was behind that website.

Next, Freddy moves on to me and my posts entitled "RUMORS FROM THE STREET: MORE ON COUNCILMAN JERRY JONES" and "RUMORS FROM THE STREET ON JERRY JONES".

I did not write anything that is defamatory about Jones. I am a real and grown up lawyer who knows. My rumors from the street posts are confirmed by at least two different sources. I don't really get these rumors from the street, I actually receive them by telephone, e-mail or by mail.

And before we take Freddy's non-expert legal advice, only Mr. Jones as standing to sue me for defamation, which I welcome him to try. I would also recommend that Jerry read the works by that other non-layer legal scholar, Danny Slayter, on defamation to see the burden of proof of an elected official in a defamation case.

And after Freddy grows up some, he will learn of the concept of a "beard", whereby some homosexual will often get a show spouse to hide the fact that he or she is gay. We also have those people that pitch for both sides.

Now we move on to Br'er Rabbit's, possibly a schizophrenic concocted alter ego of Danny Slayter's, wrote in his post on Slayter's so-called blog "I missed something about Von Jennings on ‘jacquesbarack.com’" that " if anyone on CBP ever posts a picture of someone’s small child I will personally beat the fuck out of them. Whoever made that post on that website is a piece of shit".

Well Mr. Rabbit, or whoever you are, it was Jacques Roy himself who is that piece of shit. Jacques sent out a push card with his family's photographs and names on it.

This is currently the largest blog in and for Central Louisiana. It attracts readers because, other than crap like this post, it contains audio and video clips, documents, and links to newspapers to cite the facts that it uses.  Since I am disabled, do not drive anymore, and stay at home, I have the time to put in the many hours per day that it takes to keep up this blog. While Freddy and Danny Slayter and crew mouth off with unsupported shoot from the hip lies.

When will these bloggers ever learn that their style of so-called blogs are just preaching to the choir. Freddy blogs about all things liberal and in support of Mayor Jacques Roy and all of his screwball plans and cronies. Danny Slater and crew actually hate most lawyers, including Tommy Davenport and myself. He, or if it really is a they, also write posts on everything contradictory to what I write on.

Free speech is great, just as long as Freddy and Slayter and crew understand that it doesn't mean just what they think.
