My ability to respond to comments is temporarily not working at the moment, so here are my responses to a couple of questions that were asked.
Yes, Kay solicited campaign donations for Jacques Roy's fundraiser crawfish boil in the last mayoral election. She even admitted in a letter which I have posted on this blog that she used a City paid for cell phone to make those solicitations.
As to my outstanding judgement against Ed Hooper, that judgment is active for 10 years. It can be renewed every 10 years thereafter. Hooper cannot file bankruptcy on it due to its nature.
My next step is to file a judgment debtor rule on Hooper where he is ordered by the court to appear and produce the documents sought proving what he does own. Anything he owns now, or will own in the future, can be seized to satisfy that judgment. Some lawyers are even of the opinion that undivided heir property can be seized. Hooper can make now transfers after my lawsuit against him was filed years ago.
