ALEX'S DISCUSSION ON BLOGS

I recommend that you read Alex's post entitled "Blogs and why we write them. (A ramble of sorts.)" and the comments from some bloggers and readers of blogs thereunder.

I must take exception with the comment made by the World famous blogger, at least in his own mind, Freddy Lamar White.

I stated out on this blog writing about Freddy because he was for all things ultra liberal and was an employee and chief supporter of Alexandria Mayor Jacques Roy. That has grown into a dislike for Freddy as he is an egotistical young snot nosed little twerp.

As you probably know, Freddy's first job after he got his degree in English and Theology from Rice University in Texas was with his mother, who is rumored to have fired him for not working. He then worked for Mayor Roy, on the public dole, before he resigned last Summer to enter law school at S.M.U.

I did call Freddy a "gimp" after I got tired of his constantly writing about his disability in a clear effort to gain sympathy among his fellow liberal travellers outside of Cenla.

Freddy has constantly wrote about Jacques' enemies, and has even threatened many of us with action although he has never carried through with any of his threats.

In short, just about everyone realizes that Freddy is a blow hard who will write anything in order to pander to his liberal readers, the few that they may be.

Out of all the lies contained within his comment to Alex's post, the one that clearly sticks out to show you the lies and misinformation written by Freddy is when he wrote in that comment: "Mr. Aymond took Mr. Hooper to court– a process, by the way, that we all had to pay for, at least in part, as taxpayers– to sue Mr. Hooper for defamation ...".

That absurd statement, which defamation suit I won by the way, makes absolutely no since.

All of the court costs were paid for by Hooper and myself. The courthouse staff, the Pineville City Marshals, and the judges are already paid by the taxpayers, and they still would have gotten paid their salaries whether or not this case would have been in court. So my lawsuit did not cost the taxpayer a dime.

I am but one of the 77% of Alexandria voters that did not vote for Jacques Roy despite his claim that he won a mandate from the people. Thank God that we live in a democracy where everyone doesn't have to agree with Jacques' and Freddy's screwball ideas all of the time.
