SCHOOL JANITOR ACCUSED OF RAPE OF STUDENTS!

Dino Jay Schwertz, a 41 year old school janitor, is accused of the aggravated rape of two students at his school. (See: "Slidell school custodian accused of raping two students").

"In Louisiana, aggravated rape is a capital crime, punishable by a death sentence or life imprisonment without the possibility of parole. However, the U.S. Supreme Court is expected to rule this year on a case that challenges the constitutionality of those penalties." id.

Since the death penalty for this alleged sodomite, if he is found guilty, may be cruel and unusual, I suggest instead that his severed scrotum be placed on public display while he is serving life in prison.
